I have been given the blessing to be chosen as the Head Boys Basketball coach at Dayton Christian High School. I only know about DC because of my friend Chip James who connected with me over training. Chip bleeds purple and has been coach of the year numerous times and took DC to state in the mid 2000s. I am so, so, honored to lead a program where we openly recognize and embrace faith and faith based values. A lot of people have reached out about training. High school coaching is exhausting, it’s long days, long hours, and overall a thankless job. With that being said, nothing is changing. If anything I have a burning desire to train more, to prove more. All of you in this newsletter, friends family, some who I’ve known a week, some who I’ve known since I was a child, God bless you. They tried to steal my joy, but only helped me evolve.
